Double Page Spread:
Above I have inserted three of the assets I have produced for the double page spread of my magazine. As can be seen I have made all of the graphics on this page blue, white or black. This is because these are the house style colours for this page. As well as this I feel that the assets are vey good for connoting the indie rock theme of the magazine as well as the local industrial history of sheffield with the old fashioned fonts which have been used for the banner an pull quotes
i feel that there are some improvements that could be made to them however for example the white dots which can be seen inside the blue graphic of y model and making the space between the words "introducing" and "the" larger.
CONTENTS PAGE.

I wanted to use darker shades for the graphics on my contents page so that it would blend well with the black and white pictures I intended to use. I feel like this choice paid off and that the graphics and images compliment each other nicely. I have also used fonts which i feel connote the indie rock theme of the magazine here with a mixture of sans serif fonts to connote the modern/ new ideas which are presented in the music while also using serif fonts to connote the local history of sheffield.
FRONT PAGE:
As well as this the main cover line written in the same font as the heading of the double page spread in order to create synergy between the two which is also shown by the picture (which is edited to be blue. The main colour on my DPS.)
The cover lines on this page
were created to mirror some I saw on an issue of kerrang! I feel that this gives them a professional feel and i have also ensured to make sure that they are lined up vertically.
